Last Minute DIY Christmas Decorations

As Christmas quickly approaches, here are some quick and easy do it yourself decoration ideas that will add sparkle to your home.  There is no need to break the piggy bank to add some decorations to your holiday cheer this season.  Please take a look at some of these ideas!

1. Snow Covered Pine Cones. Apply glue to the tips of the cone and sprinkle with sea salt.  If you want to add some sparkle add white and silver glitter.

2. Dress up your dining table chandelier (or any light fixture) with some extra ornaments.  

3.  Wrap your doors in ribbon, and add a gift tag to give it that special touch.

4. Christmas Metallic Bow Wreath. Get a bag of Bows (under $5) and glue them to foam tubing.  Makes for the perfect wreath.

5.  Glitter Drink Sticks.  Perfect for your holiday drinks!

6. Glitter Candlesticks. Make plain candlesticks sparkle with a coat of shimmery glitter.  You can use inexpensive wood candlesticks or a weathered pair you already own.

Owl Wonderland Nursery (for girl) Installation Photos

Molly has arrived, and so has her nursery!  It is finally ready for this special little girl to fill it with laughter, and imagination.  After picking out the accessories and paint the room is complete.  The main walls are pink with one accent green wall, where the window is located.  At the top of each wall is an accent of green banding trim.  We ended up adding the wonderland trees, which enclose over the crib and have accent branches on adjacent walls. For finishing touches we added the owl decals and a special personalized decal for the little one.
